A great carving knife in its own right, or to compliment the Ray Iles spoon knives. This knife has the same comfortable and controllable handle as the crook knife counterparts - made of linseed oil finished beech. It has a short, sturdy blade (approx 45mm cutting face) made of high carbon tool steel.
